All Retailers (wholesale customers) are required to have a valid resale permit issued by their state, and to have an active storefront or website to purchase our products.
At this time, we are offering a 3 piece minimum - this is per design, per style, per order.
In order to protect the integrity of our customers/Retailers, we do not permit our products to be sold in "buy in groups", doing so will result in any outstanding orders AND your account to be cancelled.
Our products are not permitted to be sold on 3rd party websites such as Etsy or Amazon, doing so will result in any outstanding orders AND your account to be cancelled.
A minimum retail advertising price applies to and is required for all of our items, and will be indicated at the time they are made available for purchase. Minimum advertising prices are in place to protect the authenticity and integrity of the Missery & Co. brand.
Selling our products in a way such as that would violate this requirement will result in any outstanding orders and your account being canceled.

Please check your order for accuracy as soon as it is received. Please contact us immediately (within 48 hours or 2 business days) for any errors found, ie. defective, incorrect, missing items.
Every effort will be made to correct any and all errors found in orders. Defective, incorrect, and missing items, will be replaced. If the exact item is not currently available, an agreed upon replacement item OR refund will be issued at your preference.
Returns/Exchanges of unsold items, are not accepted.
All orders will ship via USPS or UPS. Shipping rates are dependent upon weight and destination.
Shipping rates will be added to all invoices at the time orders are placed.
